Fill out the form below or email support@64bitaudio.com with your order number. We'll send you a shipping label by email.

Pack it up.

Use the original packaging if you still have it. Otherwise, padded inside a sturdy box.

Send it off.

Stick the label on, drop it at a DHL shipping point or arrange a pickup. Once it reaches us, we inspect it and refund the full purchase price within 14 days.

IMPORTANT

  • The test period is 30 days from receipt — not from the order date. The DHL delivery confirmation date counts.
  • You get the full purchase price back, including shipping costs.
  • Return shipping is free for you — we cover the label.
  • Software licenses (DMP NEXUS Player, DMP NEXUS Driver) are free and tied to your device — when the device goes back, the licenses deactivate automatically.
