Pack it up.
Use the original packaging if you still have it. Otherwise, padded inside a sturdy box.

Send it off.
Stick the label on, drop it at the carrier's shipping point or arrange a pickup. Once it reaches us, we inspect it and refund the purchase price minus return shipping within 14 days.
IMPORTANT
- The test period is 30 days from receipt — not from the order date. The DHL delivery confirmation date counts.
- You get the purchase price back. A flat €7 return-shipping fee is deducted from the refund.
- We provide the shipping label. The €7 fee is deducted from your refund — no extra step on your side.
- Software licenses (DMP NEXUS PLAYER, DMP NEXUS Driver) are free and tied to your device — when the device goes back, the licenses deactivate automatically.
