We currently ship within Germany. Free, in 3 to 5 business days.

We currently ship the DMP ONE within Germany only. This scope is set by legal and logistical reasons — we want to give you the experience you deserve, which means: fast delivery, clear customs handling, local support.

We are expanding to additional EU countries during the course of this year. If you live outside Germany and are interested, write to us — we will note you down.

COSTS & DELIVERY TIME

Shipping is included in every order price. No minimum order, no hidden fees.

3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
