We currently ship the DMP ONE within Germany and Austria only. This scope is set by legal and logistical reasons — we want to give you the experience you deserve, which means: fast delivery, clear customs handling, local support.
We are expanding to additional EU countries during the course of this year. If you live outside DE and AT and are interested, write to us — we will note you down.
SHIPPING COSTS
Free.
Shipping is included in every order price. No minimum order, no hidden fees. What you see in the configurator is what you pay.
DELIVERY TIME
3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Once your order leaves the warehouse, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Pre-orders for the first production run ship as soon as the batch is produced — the expected window is included in the confirmation email.

SHIPPING PARTNER
We ship with DHL. Packages are insured and can be redirected to a parcel locker or a preferred neighbor on request — the options are available in the DHL tracking link after the shipping confirmation.
