Right of Withdrawal

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using our shipping label at a cost of EUR 7.00, which will be offset against your reimbursement claim. The label includes adequate transport insurance and enables the refund to be processed quickly. Alternatively, you may return the goods to the address stated above at your own cost and risk. In this case, we recommend ensuring that the shipment is adequately insured.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods where this loss of value is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please note: the device has a security seal lacquer on the housing screws on the underside of the device, which indicates the unchanged delivery condition. If this is damaged by opening the device, this is deemed to be handling that goes beyond a mere functional inspection. In this case, we will assert a reasonable compensation for the loss of value.

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs (e.g. individual engravings, custom-made items or customer-specific configurations).

By putting the hardware into operation, you accept our separate End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs the use of the software preinstalled on the hardware. Withdrawal from the purchase contract also includes the termination of the right to use the software.
