Power adapter, Ethernet cable, and USB cables are not included. Audiophiles typically prefer their own. We avoid shipping accessories that may end up unused — fewer boxes, less waste, more honesty. We provide exact specifications and recommendations in the setup guide.

When will my order ship?
Pre-orders ship after the official launch at High End Vienna, June 4–7, 2026. We ship in order of reservation. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your unit leaves our facility in Germany.
Can I return the DMP ONE if I am not satisfied?
Yes. You have 30 days from receipt to return the product, no reason required (14 days statutory EU withdrawal right plus 16 days goodwill). Audiophile products need time to evaluate in your own listening environment. Return shipping is €7 from Germany and the EU; international customers pay actual return shipping. The product must be in its original condition.
Does the DMP ONE work with my DAC?
The DMP ONE works with any USB Audio Class 2 compliant DAC — which is essentially every modern USB DAC. It supports up to PCM 384 kHz / 32 bit and native DSD512. We have verified compatibility with T+A, Topping, Octo, RME, and many others. If you are unsure about your specific DAC, contact us before ordering.
What software do I need to install?
You install DMP NEXUS — our control application that sets up the drivers automatically (WASAPI and ASIO on Windows, PipeWire sink on Linux). DMP NEXUS also handles initial setup and multiroom configuration. Optionally, you can install DMP NEXUS Player, our Audacious-based playback application that natively supports DSD512 for local file playback. DMP NEXUS Player is optional — you can use any other application (Qobuz, Tidal, Roon, Audirvana, HQPlayer, or VLC) since the DMP ONE appears as a standard audio output device to your OS.
How do I get support if something does not work?
Email us through the support form on our website. We respond within 48 hours, typically faster. For hardware issues within the 5-year warranty, we handle RMA and ship replacement units from Germany. As a small family team, your message reaches us directly — not a call center.
